Kevin Coffey
President of Complete Spectrum Financial Services, Inc.

Kevin Coffey graduated from Colorado State University and is a native of Colorado. He went to Holy Family Elementary and High School. He has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years. Prior to working in this industry, he managed a large real estate office. He built Complete Spectrum on old fashion values when customer satisfaction and service meant more than making money or increasing a company's stock price.

Bobbie Zink
Vice Chairman

Mrs. Zink grew up in Sterling, Colorado and attended the University of Northern Colorado.  She has been in the financial services industry for 14 years. She has been with us since 2000. Prior to working in the financial services industry, she was a travel agent. Her agency in Loveland, Colorado is regarded as one of the fastest growing offices in our company.  Her primary goal is to help her clients and representatives reach their goals.
 

David Townsend
Vice Chairman

Mr. Townsend is a Denver native; he spent 12 years on the Denver Police Department, and 29 years as a pastor. He has authored numerous books. David has spent years in the Financial Services industry. He joined Complete Spectrum in 2005. David’s passion is helping people reach their personal, financial and career goals.

Dean Eloe
Vice Chairman

Mr. Eloe has worked in the financial services industry for approximately 12 years. As a former school principal, pastor, and building contractor; he has learned the value of integrity and the joy of serving others. Dean has been with Complete Spectrum Financials Services since 2004. His motto is “when the student is ready, the teacher will appear.”

Phil & Suzie Harris
Vice Chairman

Phil and Suzie are a husband and wife team. Phil has been in Accounting, Finance and Taxes for over 25 years. Suzie has had an excellent career in customer service, marketing, and client relations for some outstanding companies. Her technical and people skills complement this very successful husband and wife team. Together they enjoy helping clients and representatives achieve their objectives and goals.

Tony Manfredi
Vice Chairman
 
Mr. Manfredi spent 35 years in education as a teacher and a coach. He loved it because Tony could lead, build, motivate and watch people reach their goals. His students and players achieved and accomplished great things they never thought were possible. At retirement, Mr. Manfredi thought he left that all behind, but as one chapter of his life closed, another one opened and in came Complete Spectrum Financial Services, Inc. offering the opportunity to continue his passion on a new level.
